The Rancho RS5000X RS55144 Suspension Shock Absorber is designed to improve ride comfort and control on select Toyota vehicles, including older models of the 4Runner, Tacoma, Pickup, and Land Cruiser. It features Rancho’s Progressive Engagement Valving, which smooths out rough terrain by reducing initial impact harshness. The 2.25-inch twin-tube body offers increased fluid capacity for consistent damping and cooler operation. Its 16mm nitro-carburized piston rod adds durability and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for both on- and off-road use. With an extended length of 22.34 inches and a compressed length of 14.19 inches, this shock provides 8.15 inches of travel. A protective boot is included to shield critical components from dirt and debris.
